Affordable Engineer Services, LLC
AES will provide a licensed engineer to consult and monitor your mechanical plant(s) daily operating conditions in the absence of an onsite engineer on a short or long term basis. AES has over 20 years of mechanical plant operating experience. We will provide customized log sheets to record operating data as required by DC and MD regulations. We will record and notify management of any adverse conditions while monitoring plant operating conditions. An AES engineer will visually inspect, monitor and log all operating equipment data daily. We can also provide short and long term contracts as needed.

I hold several key certifications in the engineering and HVAC fields. These include DC 3rd Class Engineer license, an MD 1st Class Engineer certification, and a Universal HVAC certification. Additionally, I have completed OSHA certification, ensuring a strong commitment to safety and compliance in all work environments. Together, these credentials reflect expertise and dedication to maintaining high standards in engineering and HVAC practices.

Licensed as a DC 3rd class engineer for over 23 years. Managed multiple site mechanical plants in DC as well worked with various residential management and condo associations that help me gain knowledge and experience.
MD 1st Class Engineer
Licensed as a MD 1st class engineer for about 20 years. I work in multiple residential and private properties such as churches and other commercial building.
